Stewards
Manage your three club officers, email addresses, and succession. Moderators are helpers for members and lounge posts — they are not the board. Steward changes need approval from another steward unless quorum is reduced.
Field chart
Field Chart has several views: Field, Area, traffic pattern, and VOLMET. Draw runways and boxes in Field view, then save a draft. Publish makes the whole chart live.

Check-in area
Pilots can check in when they are inside a circle around your club pin. Default is a 500 m radius — you can set 100–1 000 m.
Approvals
Club news, safety bulletins, NOTAMs, pic of the week, the map pin, contact details, address, club description, visitors & day passes, standing field limits, field notice, and field rules need a second club officer before they go live. You cannot approve your own request.
